Lesson 3: Bugs November 9, 2019
Step 1: Take attendance on both sheets. Keep one copy in the folder for the instructor and send the second sheet to the office. (I will transfer the attendance to my Google roster later).
Step 2: Go to the website raukar.weebly.com and click When animals attack lesson 1. Step 3: Intro to class. Today we are going to take a look at nasty bugs and the good ones too. We are going to talk how to protect your home and your body. Step 4: Ask students...Raise your hand if you have ever been bitten by a tick, chigger, bee, hornet, spider or mosquito? Do you know how to tell the difference between an insect and other bugs? Step 5: When the video is over, check for understanding by asking yes/no or true/false questions. Use thumbs up for yes and thumbs down for no. Provide opportunities for students to provide input if there are students in the group who seem comfortable sharing. Step 6: Watch the videos about facts about insects. |
